Learn more about GCAP with the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber. GCAP's mission is to assist Oregon businesses to succeed in obtaining Government Contracts, which stimulate the growth of Oregon's economy. For over 30 years GCAP has assisted Oregon businesses in creating jobs, fostering economic diversity, and becoming successful government contractors.

PRESENTER: Delores “Dee” Edwards, GCAP Program Manager

Dee Edwards has been the GCAP Program Manager of GCAP since 2006. Before becoming the Program Manager, Dee held other positions at GCAP including a Procurement Counselor, counseling hundreds of businesses. Over the years, Ms. Edwards has taken numerous of hours of contracting related training, with required continuing education each year of employment. Dee has also taught classes on government contracting topics on a local and national level for many years.
