Presenters: Tucker R. Kraght, J.D & Geoffrey Reiman

Tucker R. Kraght J.D, Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Analyst, Financial Investigations Department, Umpqua Bank is a pacific northwest native. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle studying international economics and foreign policy in Northeast Asia and received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. He served as a judicial clerk and a Deputy District Attorney as well as a clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice investigation complex financial crime, white collar crime, and organized crime. Prior to joining Umpqua Bank he owned his own law practice specializing in contracts, business incorporation, and business consulting and advising. He's been with Umpqua Bank since 2020 and with the Financial Investigations Department since the beginning of 2022.

Geoffrey Reiman – Senior Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Analyst has worked in banking since 2007, holding a number of different roles including Teller, Personal Banker, Branch Manager, and his current role in Anti-Money Laundering Investigations. His time in banking has encompassed large National banks, a West Coast Regional bank, and a small local Community bank in the Seattle, WA area. During his time in banking, Geoffrey has been a founding member of LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group chapters at two separate financial institutions. He is currently a member of Umpqua Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, sitting on the Curriculum and Learning Committee.
