About the workshop: Take the first step today to improve and expand your business with help from experts and other business owners just like you, all while learning from the comfort of your own home or business.
This 3-month online course is a unique combination of classroom learning, one-to-one coaching, and peer support designed to help you increase your resiliency and profitability.
Two for the price of one: You have the option to bring along a manager, second owner, or other person from your business who can attend with you to enhance the learning experience and help you put new ideas into action.
Time Period: September 19 – November 28, 2023
September 19: Comprehensive assessment of your existing business model - Plus 2 hours of individual coaching
October 3 & 17 : Diagnosis of your business compared to similar competition - Plus 2 hours of individual coaching
November 14 & 28: Prescriptive action plan to improve economic viability of your business - Plus 2 hours of individual coaching

Classes are taught online by the Clackamas County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in partnership with the Oregon Business Resource Center.
We meet online every other Tuesday, from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Classes are held online in the evenings, every other Tuesday from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Individual coaching sessions are scheduled with the instructor and take place outside of the regular class time.
Cost: $350.00
This is great value: You get 6 classes, 6 individual coaching sessions, and a second person to attend with you! Plus, you get to meet other business owners who are struggling with the same issues. You can learn together and support each other. These peer relationships can be invaluable, often lasting beyond the time classes are over.
