This Q & A Panel discussion is for any existing Oregon or SW Washington Minority Business owner. Also in attendance will be various Community Partners in Oregon that offer services that business owners need to create greater success within their businesses.
You will get a chance to ask questions about how to increase revenue and grow your business here in Oregon, across the states, or through exporting internationally.

KENYATTA TRICE - Oregon MBDA Director
Kenyatta Trice is the Director of the Oregon MBDA (Minority Business Development Agency). With approximately 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and Owner/ Operator of TRICE Occupational Consulting Solutions, an agency geared toward assisting job seekers and small businesses within their careers.
GABRIELLE JOYCE - MBDA Business Opportunity Specialist
Gabrielle Joyce has an extensive background working with small businesses in Oregon and SW Washington. Before joining Business Impact NW, she worked as a Small Business Financing Advisor helping minority-owned small businesses navigate funding during the COVID-19 pandemic. And working with Xcelerate Women as a Financial Mindset and Planning Coach assisting women-owned small businesses through the growth phase.
CLAUDIA CARDENAS - MBDA Business Opportunity Specialist
For the past 6 years, Claudia Cardenas has been involved in economic development for multiple industries throughout the Portland Metro, Washington County, and rural areas in the state of Oregon and SW Washington. Throughout the years, Claudia have been able to understand and identify the many challenges that minority businesses face in a day to day.
