ABOUT THE EVENT: Wherever you are in your entrepreneurial journey, a business plan is a vital tool for you. Whether for funding, renting space, negotiating with suppliers, or planning your next promotional effort, your business plan helps keep you organized and set up for success. Join us for an overview of the process and some proven resources to assist you. Take advantage of our breakout rooms with topic-specific advising from experts in those areas. Whether you have started working on your business plan or are still at the conceptual stage, you will leave this session with greater clarity about next steps. This is one of several Business Plan Clinic work sessions offered this summer.
In this session, you will:
Gain additional business plan knowledge and tools
Receive coaching on how to complete the various sections of your business plan
Have time to ask questions specific to your business
Get feedback and help with identification of next steps
Have the opportunity to make tangible progress on your business plan
What To Expect:
The first 30 minutes will be an overview of the business plan process and format (template provided)
Breakout rooms will be available by topic, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations
Individual breakout rooms upon request for one-on-one coaching
Flexibility to attend one or all breakout rooms, as your schedule allows
Registration policy:
Registration closes three (3) business days before each course or event begins.
Clients must complete all sections of the prompted questionnaire to successfully register for each course. If you do not complete the entire questionnaire, your spot will not be reserved. If you need assistance registering, please contact Training.
